Visit Ganvié is a digital asset operated by Atilebarts, a minority shareholder of the Africa Digital Assets group — a network of local tourism platforms including ouidahorigins.com, visitgrandpopo.com, visitabomey.com and ianeho.com.

3. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms:
More than 7 days before
Free cancellation
Full refund processed within 5 business days, or free rebooking on another date.
7 days or less before
Non-refundable
No refund or rebooking possible. The experience is maintained as confirmed.
Exceptions may be granted in cases of force majeure (extreme weather, lake closure by Beninese authorities). In such cases, a full credit or rebooking will be offered. No cash refund obligation applies.
4. Booking Terms
- Availability is subject to guide scheduling, weather conditions, and lake access.
- Prices are set by the Beninese Ministry of Tourism. The rates displayed are official and fixed.
- Payment is made directly to the certified local guide on the day of the experience. Visit Ganvié does not collect payment.
- Bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp message within 24 hours of submission.
- Atilebarts reserves the right to refuse any booking without stated reason.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — texts, photographs, visual identity, and code — is the exclusive property of Atilebarts or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution or adaptation without prior written consent is prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings under applicable law.
6. Privacy & Data
Visit Ganvié collects only the data strictly necessary to process a booking: full name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), visit date, number of guests, and language preference.
This data is:
- Stored on secured servers (Vercel / Neon)
- Used solely for booking confirmation and follow-up
- Never sold or transferred to third parties
- Retained for a maximum of 3 years

7. Limitation of Liability
Atilebarts acts as an intermediary platform connecting travelers with certified local guides. It cannot be held liable for incidents occurring during the experience, including accidents, theft, injury, or adverse weather on Lake Nokoué. Travelers participate at their own risk and are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance.
